STARBUCKS - CAREERS - PRIVACY STATEMENT

Last Revised: 15 October 2026

This Privacy Statement ("Statement") applies to applicant data you provide to us or we collect about you when you apply for a role on any of the Starbucks careers websites.

Please note that this Statement is separate and in addition to the privacy statement that applies to the use of your personal information either in relation to your current employment by Starbucks which can be found in your relevant staff handbook, or should you be offered employment by a Starbucks entity (or a Starbucks licensee) in the future.

In this Statement, the terms "Starbucks", "we", "our" and "us" refers to Starbucks EMEA Limited (being the Starbucks group company that operates the website) and (if different) the relevant Starbucks group company to whom you submit an application, in each case acting in its capacity as data controller. The table below explains which Starbucks group company (in addition to Starbucks EMEA Limited) is the controller of your personal information, depending on where the role you are applying for is based. Starbucks group companies can be contacted at the details in Section 7 below.

If you are applying for a role with a Starbucks licensee via www.starbucksemealicensedcareers.com, you will be referred to a third party's website to register your interest or submit your application (typically, the licensee's own website or a job search platform). Where we link to third party websites (including licensees') websites on any of our websites, those third parties will process your personal information as controllers and should have their own privacy statements explaining how they handle your personal information.
